Our Commitment to Quality

To complete your build up assembly, we offer various sizes and dimensions of piece lumber.

We offer lift quantities of slats and radius end rails. We also have available corrugated sheets, mende board, T-nuts and fasteners to complete your assembly process.

We use 100% Canadian bed frame grade, KD, EE, D4S lumber to ensure high quality and a desired moisture content. All our lumber is stored indoors.

We source our lumber from well managed lumber mills in Canada. Over the years we have developed strong relationships with reliable suppliers who have proven themselves in terms of high quality lumber service. These sawmills produce their logs from well-managed and sustainable forests and are FSC certified.

Lumber is available in lift quantities or by the truck load.

Quality Control

We carefully choose our network of raw material suppliers; they provide everything, from corrugated products to mende/MDF toppers and fasteners.

We work very closely with our suppliers to ensure the highest standards for quality are consistently met and maintained.

Our long history and proven track record in the industry has given us a wealth of knowledge and expertise. With two in-house fabrication facilities, we are able to control the entire process from the time the order is received, until the product leaves our facilities.

All raw materials are thoroughly checked when they arrive in our warehouses. Any issues with quality are eliminated before the material becomes a part of our production process. From small to large orders, all our processes are subject to internal quality inspections.
