FSC Controlled Wood verification provides assurance that 100% of the virgin fiber, mixed with FSC-certified, and recylced fiber, comes from a verified and approved source. 

Our foundations and bedding components are made from wood that is sourced from forests that are certified as sustainable by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative.   

 

FSC Controlled Wood has been verified NOT to come from:

  • Illegally harvested forests
  • Forests harvested in violation of traditional and civil rights
  • Forests in which high conservation values are threatened
  • Forests that are being converted to plantations or non-forest use
